The western theme is carried out in a quilt on the queen size bed and other memorabilia in this large comfortable room. The eastern morning sun greets you to a more quiet and relaxing rural life. This room is named after my mother's maiden Aunt Tena. She was a tiny woman with a quick wit and a definite zest for life. My mother had a special place in her heart for Aunt Tena. We captured this in soft colors of blue, green and small floral wall paper. The tall oak bed that is queen size and covered with a soft colored floral quilt invites you to a good night's rest. Several antiques and wicker help the western sun to welcome you to this room. Shared "Iowa State Fair" bathroom and a common snack area. Prices: One person in a room $50 Two persons in a room $55 If you want to guarantee a private bathroom (instead of the shared one)-$75 We are working on a lodge that will house 5-6 people.
