Named after the Native American sacred area where the mining of the precious Pipestone rock of the Pipestone National Monument was and still is being mined for peace pipes. The western theme is carried out in a quilt on the queen size bed and other memorabilia in this large comfortable room. The eastern morning sun greets you to a more quiet and relaxing rural life. TV/VCR, shared "Iowa State Fair" bathroom and a common snack area.
This room is named after my mother's maiden Aunt Tena. She was a tiny woman with a quick wit and a definite zest for life. My mother had a special place in her heart for Aunt Tena. We captured this in soft colors of blue, green and small floral wall paper. The tall oak bed that is queen size and covered with a soft colored floral quilt invites you to a good night's rest. Several antiques and wicker help the western sun to welcome you to this room. Shared "Iowa State Fair" bathroom and a common snack area.
